We would appreciate it if you could please switch your cellular phones and electronic devices off (or to silent mode) upon arrival at the spa.
Children
Children under 15 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.
Dogs
We love dogs but due to spa hygiene and safety rules, we do not allow dogs on the premises.

The Spa is open Monday – Saturdays from 08h00 to 19h00 and Sundays from 09h00 to 18h00. Subject to change.
Payment Policies
We accept cash and all major credit cards (except American Express and Diners). All prices are quoted in ZAR, South African Rands. For all Group Bookings over 2 people, 50% deposit is required (payable via online banking or via credit card at the Spa). All spa packages must be paid for in full on confirmation of booking (payable via online banking or via credit card at the Spa).
Spa Reservations
To make a Spa reservation, call us or email for a booking. Should you require it, our Spa Receptionist will be able to advise you on the treatment choice best suited to your needs. To help ensure your preferred time and treatment, we recommend booking in advance to avoid disappointment.
Arrival
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment time to ensure you get the most benefit from your appointment. Arriving late may make it necessary to limit time for your treatment so the next guest is not delayed.
Parking
Parking Available in front of the spa.
Medical Conditions
When making a reservation and arriving for your treatment, please advise us of any health conditions (e.g. high blood pressure), allergies, injuries or if you have had surgery recently, so we can ensure your optimum comfort. It is important to inform your therapist if you are on any medication, are pregnant, have epilepsy, are diabetic, have eczema or psoriasis, or have recently been sunburnt. Certain treatments may need to be changed to best accommodate your condition. Please note that it is incumbent on you to notify us in advance of any condition which might affect your treatment.
Pregnancy
The Spa Team will be happy to help guide you in selecting which treatments are most suitable for you during this special time.
Spa Attire For Your Comfort
We provide you with spa disposable underwear or you may choose to wear your own. Our therapists will always use draping techniques to respect your privacy. We have a gown and slippers available for each guest for your comfort should you wish to use the restroom during your treatment.
Facilities
Although we provide shower facilities, due to Cape Town’s severe water restrictions we do not have a jacuzzi, steam room or sauna.
Smoking and Drinking
The Spa is a non-smoking facility and the consumption of alcohol is prohibited. We do not recommend the consumption of alcohol or heavy food before or directly after spa treatments.
Valuables
Please refrain from bringing valuables to the spa. We do not assume any liability for personal items and recommend you leave valuables at home.
