Health & Wellbeing is at the very heart of our company so we want to share the actions we are taking to keep you and our team members healthy and safe as South Africa deals with the COVID-19 crisis.

Firstly, the health and safety of our community has always been our #1 priority, we take pride in maintaining the highest standards of sanitation and cleanliness. In response to COVID-19, our spa is operating as usual but with additional enhanced precautions for optimal hygiene standards to ensure you can continue to enjoy your treatments in the most hygienic and safe space possible. Rest assured that we are taking this matter seriously to ensure that the strictest cleaning and sanitation practices are adhered to. Not only to safeguard your health, but also for your peace of mind.

Our spa team is receiving daily briefings so we can ensure enhanced operating protocols:

  • We have hygiene stations throughout the spa which include the highest medical grade hand sanitizer for your use, as well as anti-bacterial hand soap in our bathroom. Our Staff are ensuring that all Guests are given Hand Sanitizer to use from arrival to departure, as well as having access to hot water and soap for hand washing
  • Our therapists and staff continue to implement the strictest sanitation measures throughout the spa to protect you and themselves by sanitizing before and after each client, as well as wearing masks and gloves where necessary.
  • We use medical grade sanitizing sprays, cleaners and disinfectants. All surfaces and equipment are disinfected constantly throughout the day. Treatment tables and face cradles, including all metal pieces, are disinfected and re-dressed with clean linens after every use.
  • All our linens, towels, robes and cloths are laundered after every use

Should you, or anyone you have been in contact with, been travelling overseas in the past two weeks or have been experiencing any flu-like symptoms, it is essential to call the spa to inform our Front House Manager so we can postpone your treatment until you are outside of the recommended quarantine period.
